To improve customer satisfaction, CRL has redesigned the U.S. Animal Order System. Our goal is to save customers time by offering an easy to use form for placing animal model orders with Charles River Laboratories.
To begin the order process, customers are required to create a new user account to be used for placing orders with our customer service department. This feature enables us to provide registered users with a list of past orders. Also, we have improved the process for placing multiple or repeat orders saving users valuable time.
